I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views from the pool were stunning and the staff were genuinely helpful, the room layout left a lot to be desired, especially with a toddler. The shower and toilet being in separate areas was inconvenient, and the awkward step down in the room felt dangerous. The breakfast was decent, but a bit limited in variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some drawbacks, particularly for families.
